- The Customer Service Representative I is a full-time phone representative that is responsible for collecting utility payments, starting new services for residential/commercial accounts, and providing information to callers.
- When emergencies arise, UCS employees are required to work normal working hours to assist UCS in meeting operational needs.
- Provide information regarding billing, account balances, meter reading schedules, and service rates
- Perform billing and quoting tasks for cash and non-cash deposits
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
