- Assist customers with a variety of topics that may relate to pre-sale or post sale activities such as product inquiry, price and availability quotes, order entry and order processing both for typical orders, and those whose experience didnt go as planned.
- Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse, screen.
- Most customer interactions are conducted using a headset with VOIP telephony system.
- Two years of relevant work experience with direct customer interaction, preferably in a customer care center atmosphere
- Have experience with ticketing systems such as ZenDesk
