- As a Customer Service Coordinator for our Better Being Co. Canada segment, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process customs invoices through custom broker portal to ensure expedient shipment clearance at the border.
- Manage any / all preferred carrier portals for shipment booking (APL for TJX).
- Liaise with 3PL to manage shipment appointments through client portals/emails/phone and to ensure we meet expected arrival date.
- Master Exact Finance/ERP system, 3PL WMS for finance, inventory management and order processing.
