- The position will provide support to our full line of products including taking inquiries pertaining to service documentation, troubleshooting products, clarifying assembly/disassembly procedures by phone and online, and handling warranty issues.
- The following tasks with be performed by the Technical Specialist I in support of the product lines: support sales inquiries with product recommendations, taking inquiries pertaining to service documentation, remotely trouble shooting products, clarifying assembly/disassembly procedures by phone and online, provide guidance on warranty process, document product failures for further analysis and return of defective equipment.
- Windchill (schematics and drawings)
- IDEAL CANDIDATE - has industrial maintenance or lubrication system maintenance in their background.
- 2yrs experience in a product oriented customer service or technical support role.
