- The ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and COBS teammates, combined with problem-solving skills, and an enterprise mindset, will be paramount to success in this role.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for issues and questions relating to CRM. Uses deep knowledge and expertise of the respective systems to be able to effectively answer questions, provide support, and ensure quality and adoption.
- Effectively manages vendor relationships, ensuring that timelines and data quality are maintained.
- Executes UAT scripts for both the CRM platform, as well as overall Data Validation for CRM.Creates documentation and training materials, and will conduct training for new hires, launches, and releases as needed.
