- This hybrid role reports into the Sr. Customer Relations Manager and will maintain a close working relationship with the Customer Relations Department, Sale and Marketing, Traffic, and other various functions across PBE. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a representative of PBE, a liaison to sales, distribution, and customers to meet and exceed service expectations.
- Conduct outbound and inbound consumer surveys periodically to assist with Research and Development.
- Must embody PBE core values – Customer-Focus, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, Commitment, Engagement, Growth & Development and Excellence.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high-school diploma or equivalent Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills Excellent typing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with data accuracy Works well independently or in teams, managing and prioritizing day-to-day workflow/ priorities.
