- The Customer Experience Manager (3PL) is responsible for providing overall direction and leadership to the customer support team.
- This candidate will need to have experience in accounting, supply chain management, and must have a thorough understanding of 3PL operations.
- Provides strategic direction and leadership to the Client Services department to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all work.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager, provide an efficient dissemination workflow to the warehouse/distribution operation, including pre-receipt communication, order entry, and daily order pick-sheets.
- Act as Incident Manager and ensure proper communication with both Domestic and International customers.
