- The Customer Experience (CX) Associate will support our user base, focusing primarily on addressing inbound user questions and responding to customer service questions posed on social media.
- Maintain the CX dashboard and monthly reporting
- Maintain an internal guidebook for established CX procedures
- Draft and closely track the progress of your submissions to the Engineering workflow via ticket tracker, ensuring new tickets are drafted when necessary and additional information is captured when a ticket already exists
