- caThe Role:In this crucial management role, you will work in conjunction with Project Management, Construction, Sales and Property Management in relation to the Quality Assurance/Control, PDI, Occupancy and Audit Phases of the project.
- Reporting to the Director, Customer Care this role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Customer Care are executed with to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, delivering exceptional customer experiences in alignment with The Madison Group brand.
- Qualifications:You are the right candidate for this role if you have:A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the residential Customer Care function in a high-rise environment At least 2 years of direct on-site supervisory experience as a Customer Care Team Lead or equivalent role where you were responsible for the on-site team including Pre-PDI and Service Technician roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Tarion Warranty Programregarding high-rise building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standardsExceptional customer service and communication skills including the ability to effectively resolve complex customer concerns and build brand equity in the process.
