- Reporting to the Director of Teacher Development, the Curriculum Lead will monitor curriculum implementation and instruction to ensure excellence in teaching that supports student achievement across subject areas and within an assigned group of schools (elementary, middle or high).
- Working with building principals and teacher teams to develop and implement internal systems and procedures that advance instructional quality and ensure alignment of program practices to the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards and district goals and frameworks
- Ensuring the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the district’s instructional programs by supporting the school-based implementation of the district’s Instructional Framework, participating in the systematic review of curriculum and instruction and recommending revisions as appropriate through developed structures, systems and processes
