- The culinary team is responsible for cleanliness, sanitation, food handling and safety standards set forth by the Ohio Dept. of Health, the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture and FUSIAN.
- At FUSIAN you will work alongside the manager on duty to understand par + build-to levels to create, prioritize and execute food prep lists to meet the needs for lunch, dinner and wholesale sales.
- Youll manage the food supply and quality served from the main assembly line, the 2nd fulfillment line, our wholesale operation and any catering needs, ensuring that our food meets expectations in flavor, appearance and quality.
- maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, dish room, equipment storage space, food prep areas, trash + surrounding areas
- foster food safety inside of every FUSIAN kitchen with proper protocol
