- The Culinary Team Lead acts as a working team "lead" for the BOH staff, delegates assignments/duties, and oversees the guest experience.
- Works to accomplish departmental goals, strategies, and objectives, while assuring quality product, and maximum guest satisfaction.
- The Culinary Team Lead is responsible for menu recipe execution and proper plate presentation for immediate service to restaurant guests.
- The Culinary Team Lead ensures the correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards.
