- JOB OVERVIEW : Direct and organize the activities of the MClub, In Room Dining (IRD)and cavalier lounge areas maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize hotel Profitability.
- Timely and quality inservice dining experiences meet brand standards as well as the MClub/Cavalier lounge.
- Develop operating tools necessary and incidental to modern management principles, e.g. budgeting, forecasting purchase specifications, recipes, portion specifications, menu abstracts, food production control etc.
- Direct regular inventory procedures and ensure proper standards are adhered to for liquor cost control.
- Help create special revenue producing events for the Cavalier Lounge, and responsible for the execution of these events.
