- The Assistant Facility Manager of Culinary will help the Regional Culinary Manager by providing general overall Management of the culinary technician team and vendor services needed to maintain the café equipment.
- Work with the Regional Culinary Manager to handle routine equipment or operational issues, including- procurement of supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures
- Implement and monitor hazard control and team health and safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards
- Support soft services as needed and directed such as: meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
