- As an Operations Assistant, Client Support you will be responsibleto be a strong supportive role for the entire Client Success team, uphold the Client Experience, participate meaningfully in the CS team, and invest in personal and team development.
- The Operations Assistant will be responsible to work closely with the team manager and their team mates to ensure that the flow of work and the "hidden details" of customer success are managed smoothly and effectively.
