- River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations.
- We have partnered with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to provide crisis support and Mercer University to provide clinic services for Georgia’s individuals with developmental disabilities.
- The Director maintains high-quality programs in accordance with the guidelines, regulations, and standards of the Georgia DBHDD. The Director is responsible for all operations of 16 beds, including compliance, growth and development, budget, and workforce development.
- Meeting with on-site Supervisor teams about Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Productivity, Process Improvements, KPI’s and Quality Measures.
- Provides direct supervision to the Unit Leadership Management Team that includes Nurse Supervisor, Lead Behavior Analyst ASD, Unit Supervisor, Triage Supervisor/Payroll Specialist, Clinical Lead, onsite-Provider (as needed).
