- Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts perform intelligence analysis to protect NGA personnel, programs, and facilities.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Band 3 Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts perform CI analysis to protect NGA personnel, programs, and facilities.
- They coordinate with counterparts within NGA and other DoD, IC, and law enforcement entities to collaborate on intelligence analysis, share information, and provide analytic support to CI operations or investigations.
- An NGA CI Analyst conducts all-source intelligence analyses to provide customers with an enhanced understanding of the foreign intelligence entity (FIE) threat to NGA personnel, facilities, programs, and technologies, and support counterintelligence activities including collections, investigations and operations.
- Researches, plans, prepares, integrates, and publishes counterintelligence products (assessments, analysis reports, threat advisories, and functional support) for specific regional and/or functional areas (e.g., Middle East, critical programs, foreign partnerships, supply chain) to communicate the counterintelligence threat.
