- MISSION STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church.
- Must know about Salvation Army Music and can read, instruct, and lead music programs including, but not limited to, Songsters, Singing Company, brass bands, Sunday Worship, and music elective programs.
- Must have or obtain a class "B" Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement within the first 90 days of employment.
- Conduct Salvation Army religious services, including but not limited to Sunday School, Holiness Meetings, Salvation Meetings, Mid-week Prayer Meetings & Bible Studies, and Open-Air Meetings, Corps Council Meetings
- Direct and conduct group and community meetings, including but not limited to Youth Corps Meetings, including the following, but not limited to YPL (Teen Nights), Music Electives, and other music activities (SAY Club - AC Explorers, AC Rangers, Sunbeams, Girl Guards), Corps Cadets, and Vacation Bible School, Senior Citizens Programs, Community Care Ministries, Advisory Organization Meetings, Men's and or Women's Fellowship, Corps Council Meetings and Social Services.
