- The Corporate Sales Account Executive will be r esponsible for working with the Group & Team Sales Director, Director, Special Events, Sport Departments, Outreach Office, Operations, Events, Business Development and customers to coordinate corporate, institute, educational and non-sport groups in selling hotel rooms, educational sessions/training and catering business
- Facilitate internal communication between Group & Team Sales Director, Hotel General Manager, and Director of Special Events to facilitate customers’ needs by streamlining processes and working collectively to reach sales goals
- Expertise in sales software (Microsoft CRM), hotel management system (OPERA) and venue scheduling software (Venue Ops); ability to use software to its maximum capability including but not limited to producing reports, data entry, data integrity and data qualification
