- The Coordinating Engineer-I position is a critical management role for the implementation of the Capital Plan. Under direction, the position will assist in managing the Highways Section, coordinating, supervising, and reviewing the planning, design, and implementation of local, state, and federally funded transportation infrastructure and urban design projects, including corridor reconstruction, arterial street resurfacing, traffic signal modernization, and major intersection reconfiguration.
