- This position supports the Ambulatory/Physician Practice Operations and Finance Administrator in the administration and coordination of integrated business and operational activities of ambulatory operations, including management of facility-level business, supply, contracting, and human resource needs.
- Works closely and collaboratively with UMMC ambulatory and ancillary service teams to promote efficient clinical operations and a positive patient experience.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, project management, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of clinical operations in a large multi-specialty ambulatory care setting.
- Ability to trouble-shoot and quickly identify and implement solutions to problems.
