- As key member of our team you will:Ensure all resident and patient meals are prepared to acceptable quality under safe add sanitary conditions.
- Plan cooking schedule, and prepare all food products for three daily meals including entrees, side dishes, garnishments, baked goods and desserts; for special functions, for meals-on-wheels and for cafeteria serviceMonitor equipment, cooking schedule, temperatures, coolers, food rotations.
- Troubleshoot production concerns dailyTrain associates; plan and direct work assignments, monitor staff productionLead and assist in the assembly and transport of meal trays for patients and residentsRequires:HS diploma or GEDThree (3) years of institutional cooking experienceLeadership experience preferredCompletion of Serve Safe Certification within specified time frame to further their food safety knowledge.
