- They are to follow instructions from the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or other designee in making up the food products set to meet the customer’s specifications.
- If at any time there is a food safety concern, they will communicate this immediately to their supervisor, quality supervisor or manager and stop the process.
- Pasteurize products to the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) requirements by the US Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration.
- Responsible for sanitation and Operating food processing equipment such as: vat pasteurizer, liquefier, heat exchanger, homogenizer, and fillers, as well as batching or blending of ingredients from recipes or work order formulas.
- Perform general labor duties related to product processing such as lifting, loading, and packaging.
