- Job Summary The Contracts Administrator will provide contract review support primarily for YKK’s Global Marketing operations in the U.S. and will involve working with and advising the Global Marketing business teams on a variety of contractual and related issues.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Draft, review and revise customer supplier agreements, certifications, Codes of Conduct, and other commercial agreements and documentation.
- Conduct legal research regarding product safety statutes and regulations and other applicable laws and regulations and advise and work with the attorneys, management, and sales teams in affiliated companies in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia regarding contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Up to ten percent U.S./international travel may be required.
