- Review and process assigned customer orders in MRP system.
- Maintain and monitor customer orders from the initial PO to the final shipment.
- Communicate any contract changes to the customer promptly and work to resolve any issues that arise.
- Enter and/or review incoming customer requests for quotes for entry into PLEX. Research sales history; quote history, etc for prior quote history.
- Participate in assigned customer meetings and assist Supervisor of Contracts in costing exercises as required Various duties as assigned to support the Contracts Department.
