- Coordinate the Division of Mental Hygiene's use of HHS Accelerator Financials, including data management, task management, reporting, user training and resolution of system issues.
- Perform complex and detailed financial reconciliation exercises to ensure contracts are properly funded and contract actions reflect correct funding.
- Perform routine updates to DOHMH contract and financial systems.
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and six months of full-time, satisfactory professional, technical, or administrative experience in one or more of the following fields: program evaluation, contract negotiation/management, fiscal/financial management, or project management; or
- An Associate's degree or 60 credits and one year of professional, technical, or administrative experience in one or more of the following fields: program evaluation, contract negotiation/management, fiscal/financial management, or project management, or
