- The Knowledge and Content Specialist is the primary writer, editor, and organizer of a popular dating app’s public-facing Help Center and internal knowledge base.
- Providinginsights and support Operations by liaising on bug reports, Zendesk suggestions, and data exports for Product Managers and the Engineering team
- You are able to convey complex scenarios in a simple and engaging tone for a variety of audiences, with little need for copy editing or input from others.
- Experience working on an online user experience, community management, customer support, customer success team, content moderation, or trust and safety
