- Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Communications, the Manager serves as editorial director and chief content creator for a wide range of internal and external campaigns.
- This position also serves as the managing editor of the MLKCH website, overseeing governance, contributor content, editorial production calendars and quality.
- In addition, the Manager will generate as needed a diverse range of communications content, including Web, public relations, social media, video and photo assets
- Post to, and maintain, hospital communications content and collateral across a range of online content management systems, including the hospital’s website CMS, social feeds, digital asset management tool for photo, video and other types of content, e-newsletter platform, social media platforms, digital design platforms, digital and print advertising, print collateral, and more.
- In collaboration with the organization’s Creative Services Manager, collect, edit and produce video and other visual content for dissemination on MLKCH’s public-facing platforms.
