- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Fine Art disciplines, or a related field
- Certification in BJCP or Cicerone program, and basic brewing knowledge are all pluses
- With continued growth and success, along with mentorship from the Director of Marketing and leadership, the Content & Community Manager will ideally develop the skills required to manage people to execute the Content & Community Manager’s tasks.
- With an increase in management, the Content & Community Manager should be able to be promoted to Marketing Manager, wherein they will oversee at least one to two people assisting in and responsible for the execution of tasks that fall within the purview of the Marketing Department, e.g., broader marketing campaigns, communication channel innovation, and/or deeper taproom & Collective engagement.
