- This is a non-clinical opening for our Contact Center team.
- Bi-lingual in any language is fine such as: Spanish, Creole, French, Mandarin, Bengali, Korean or Russian.
- Candidate will report to either our Flushing or Ridgewood NY site for training once trained the role will likely transition to more of a remote position, but the expectation is for the candidate to come to office as often as manager requires.
- The Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist will perform quality audits and reviews of all data submitted by the IDT teams and PACE Service Coordinators in Care Compass.
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent relevant customer service, quality, and auditing experience preferred.
