- The Sr. Manager will utilize business data, strategic insights (both consumer and industry), and marketing expertise to identify growth opportunities and build go-to-market strategic plans that deliver value for Gerber Life. In this role you will be responsible for uncovering consumer insights (via research), as well as industry and competitive insights, to identify areas of opportunity and formulate growth strategies for the organization, for new product development and other growth strategies.
- You will direct consumer research projects to gain relevant insights and should possess intellectual curiosity with an action-oriented mindset - to deliver business results (not just activities).
- Enjoys deriving useful consumer insights from research and data analysis to inform new hypotheses and differentiated marketing strategies.
- Manages consumer research projects to gain insights into consumer behavior, priorities and unmet needs to help develop strategic marketing plans and will be a core team member in new product development, infusing consumer insights.
- Data analytics, synthesis, and utilization to formulate strategic marketing initiatives.
