- MAM North America is looking for a Consumer Engagement Manager to build long-lasting brand love with expecting and new parents both online and offline.
- A dynamic communicator, compassionate listener, and strategic thinker, the Consumer Engagement Manager will be responsible for directly supporting, educating, and exciting consumers through brand channels.
- Conduct flawless, on-brand Community Management in TikTok and Instagram to engage, support, and appropriately educate new and expecting parents
- Communicate strategically throughout TikTok to grow MAM presence in pregnancy/new mom algorithms
- Build Community Outreach Program in partnership with the VP of Consumer Engagement to build relationships with consumers and those who influence them IRL
