- Work will require the collaboration with the customer, IT, security, facilities design team in their efforts delivering customer requirement definition, programming, schematic design, space planning, and design development.
- Deliver construction scope of work, RFP, cost estimate and timeline schedule.
- Manage design/build firms or contractors to produce a design, bid, build project.
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hazardous materials and fire safety systems design and specs.
- Preparing permit applications and reports as required for compliance with all applicable lawsAssess project risk and plan for exposure mitigation.
