Conference / Meeting Planner Travel Specialist

- The primary responsibilities of this role encompass three key areas: conference and meeting planning, travel administration and support, and assisting with the setup, maintenance, and user training on the Cvent platform.
- To fulfill all job responsibilities, the employee will utilize various tools and technologies, including but not limited to Cvent, Event Management Systems (EMS), Carousel Digital Signage, Bright Author Connect, ClickShare Wireless Presentation System, Hybrid Meeting Equipment, Social Tables, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certification as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Digital Event Strategist (DES), or Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).
- Three or more years of experience using Cvent for event registration, mobile event applications, and/or hotel/venue sourcing.
- Experience supporting end-to-end travel management solutions such as SAP Concur, AmTrav A2b, or TravelPerk.
