- The Concrete Repair and Maintenance Technician assists in waterproofing, epoxy coatings, caulking, pedestrian and traffic coatings, and concrete structural repairs.
- Employee is responsible for a variety of physical tasks including general labor and using power tools and/or hand tools as defined by each job/project.
- Must follow direction, work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the Foreman, Superintendent and/or General Manager with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
- Undertake all aspects of Structural Concrete Repair and waterproofing work including but not limited to shoring, lifting, and bearing pad replacement, foam and epoxy crack injection, hand packing and finishing, chipping, grinding, caulking into control joints, joint and surface inspection and preparation, and installation of epoxy and polyurethane pedestrian and traffic coatings.
- Undertake aspects of Expansion and Deck Joint Repair including removal, inspection, preparation, and installation.
