- Preferred Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
- Experience working with Texas state government processes, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to: Expertise as a CAPPS functional core user or super user CAPPS payroll processing, and calculations of certain earnings (i.e. BSY and OT).
- Familiarity with the CAPPS payroll checklists.
