- The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking the addition of a member of the Residential Services Administrative team!
- Establish and provide clear documentation and compliance records required by The Arc Oneida-Lewis and other government agencies.
- Schedule and coordinate internal reviews, summarize the findings, and assist the House Manager/Program Manager in correcting identified problems.
- Provide hands on training to House Managers and Assistant Directors in Residential Habilitation and Plans of Protective Oversight development and implementation.
- In conjunction with the House Manager and Program Manager, provide ongoing hands on training to staff involved in service delivery and documentation of services delivered.
