- Calabrio is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Sales Operations team!
- As the Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing the sales incentive compensation programs and policies to drive sales performance and motivate our sales team.
- Design and develop sales incentive compensation plans and programs that align with company goals and drive desired sales behaviors.
- Maintain all policies, procedures and controls for incentive compensation plans, SPIFFs and bonus plans.
- Work with Revenue Operations and Finance leadership to develop accrual and annual budgets on incentive compensation expenses.
