- To support the growth in our transformation, the Ahlstrom People & Culture team are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead work in partnership with the global Compensation & Benefits (Comp & Ben) team to design, implement and maintain total reward frameworks (pay, benefits, labour cost reporting and global mobility) that support the global compensation strategy.
- Reporting to the VP, Compensation & Benefits, the Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for collaborating with senior leadership on employee benefits, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Implement Mercer job evaluation tools, establish salary banding, and manage labor cost reporting
- Manage company leave of absence programs, including Open Enrollment for benefits
- In depth knowledge of benefit programs, long and short-term disability, 401(k) plans, ERISA, HIPPA, Cobra, FMLA
