- The Compensation Analyst is responsible for job classification, analysis and evaluation, increase processing, salary determinations, survey completion and other functions supporting the administration of the TUHS compensation program, including the development and maintenance of total rewards.
- This position is responsive to the needs of operations, by meeting turnaround times to evaluate new positions or modified ones.
- The Compensation Analyst also facilitates training for operations on Temple's compensation philosophy.
- Bachelors Degree : in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Required)
