- Angi is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our People Ops team.
- This role will support Compensation, with the opportunity to stretch into other functions of the People Ops team including People Analytics, and HRIS. Your work will help contribute to Angi’s continued development of our data & analytics programs and structures as we continue to scale our services to the business.
- This role will be a key contributor during our annual compensation review cycles including but not limited to – analyzing compensation data & recommendations around merit increases, market adjustments, promotion and incentive payoutsYou’ll act as a key contributor to the data management and integrity for the People Ops team to help us track various compensation programs
- You’ll uphold our data integrity by conducting regular internal audits within Angi’s HRIS to validate consistency and accuracy across people data
- You’ll participate in the ongoing development and administration of our compensation programs through regular benchmarking and market data analysis to provide recommendations for our compensation strategies
