- The clinical department at Venture Forthe focuses on HCBS (Home and Community Based Services)/CORE (Community Orientation Recovery and Empowerment Services) programs under the direction of the Office of Mental Health.
- The goal of the CORE/HCBS program derives around the focus of increased behavioral health and addiction recovery through an outpatient system.
- The Community Mental Health Provider will help increase or sustain community tenure, enhance interpersonal skills, establish support networks, increase community awareness, develop coping strategies and effective functioning in the individual’s social environment such as home, work, and school.
- POSITION SUMMARY:Provide HCBS and CORE services for clients as needed in person and remotelyProvide individual clinical supervision including case consultation to address individuals with increasing psychiatric needs, referral to alternative services, risk management, and addressing any other health and safety concerns.
- Ensuring regular availability and check-in with a clinical supervisor supports quality care, staff morale and retention, and overall professional development.
