- Event Planning: Organize and execute community events, such as communal arts creation, group movement, meetups, workshops, and forums.
- Community Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for Sprout members and event leaders, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of community activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes.
