- In collaboration with program teams and other colleagues across campus, the Communications team creates and implement strategic communications plans that highlight the work and impact of the Logan Center, showcase the wealth of arts and artists on-campus and in our local community, and celebrate the world-changing nature of the arts.
- The Communications team consist of the Director of Communications; Assistant Director of Box Office and Patron Services; Manager of Box Office and Patron Services; Digital Media Manager; and external consultants/freelancers/firms as needed.
- Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing important elements of the team’s communications plans, which are focused on amplifying artistic practice, enhancing interest in event attendance, and promoting UChicago’s commitment to the arts.
- Manages UChicago Arts Media Buying Co-op, including communications with Co-op members, tracking media inventory and calendars, and maintaining relationships with media representatives.
- Assists in the writing, editing, proofreading, and dissemination of content for all publications (print/digital), both internal and external.
