- Commercial Insurance Account Managers are responsible for client servicing, retention and marketing.
- The Account Manager serves as the direct link between the insurance agency and the existing client, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Further, the Account Manager is responsible for the monitoring of all aspects of the insurance client, which include marketing, coverage, daily service requests, addition & deletion of insurable equipment/autos and certificates of insurance.
