- Plans and coordinates all job site logistics consisting of but not limited to deliveries, storage of material and equipment, ductwork cleanliness, material take-off, material ordering ahead of time, daily clean-up, coordination of manpower with subcontractors, scanning and coring, rental equipment handling, tower crane activities, crane lift and rigging plan assist in development, etc.
- Bluebeam Revu "soft copy" is accepted in lieu of hard copy if the following requirements are met: 1) keep track of daily installation progress by highlighting installed duct and equipment with dates in refence to daily reports; 2) red-line all field deviations in installation for "as-builts" copy; 3) red-line, mark-up and know all your wall block-outs and penetrations, confirm elevations with GC
- Supply and return openings are facing the right way; discharge and intake on RTU's are not blocked by shipping protective materials, equipment is level, isolation rails are set, powered dampers on EF's or any other equipment are in place before equipment is set, control wire and through the base gas connections are stubbed out before equipment is set on the curb, VRF ODU's are matched correctly, etc.
- Responsible for coordination of HVAC scope of work with other trades including but not limited to ductwork and piping conflicts, service access to equipment, sprinkler lines, electrical conduits, plumbing, ceiling elevations, etc.
- Accessories include but not limited to sensors, control devises, actuators, valves, valve packages, wind baffles, rails, hanging materials, vibration isolation kits, loose control boards, hail guards, power exhausts, economizers, thermostats, low ambient kits, crankcase heaters, relays, disconnects, VFD's, ball valves, face panels for cassette FCU's, transformers, etc.
