- The successful Commercial Builder Sales Representative owns all aspects of the sales, project management, and execution with a mixture of stakeholders from General Contractors, Architects and Owners.
- This person is accountable to achieve market growth and margin objectives while developing partnerships and delivering a Customer Experience Second to None. Product knowledge, application, building envelope and waterproofing, industry/market knowledge, financial business acumen and opportunity analyses are critical to the success of this role.
- Understand active and prospective customer base, their needs, and expectations to sell the value of our turnkey business model
