- The purpose of this position is to develop, grow, and maintain a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Our target market is family-owned businesses located in the communities we serve who are community and civic minded.
- Lend financial analysis expertise to prospects to help determine best options available for removing acknowledged pain.
- 15 - 20 Face to Face calls per week with the results of each call being input into our advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Work with portfolio management staff (credit analysis) in analyzing credits to determine areas of risk and ways to mitigate evidenced risk.
