Nuveen Leveraged Finance is seeking a CLO structurer to support the ongoing growth of our CLO platform. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of CLOs and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities And Duties <ul><li>Execute all types of primary CLO transactions including new issue, resets, refis, re-issues, warehouses</li><li>Manage transaction expenses (closing/ongoing costs: EURR, trustee, cayman issuer, lawyer fees, WH fees etc.)</li><li>Liability management (refi, reset, new issuance) - structuring of new and existing deals for best execution</li><li>Collaborate internally to assist in maintaining relationships with sell-side arrangers and other market participants</li><li>Stay informed on latest CLO document trends and consider structures based on our management style </li><li>Creatively find solutions on structures based on market conditions</li><li>Communication with rating agencies, counsel, arrangers on modeling and transaction execution </li><li>Utilize analytical tools and models to optimize CLO structures and present to broader CLO team. Analyze and use technology for other products and markets within corporate credit space.</li><li>Carry out the execution process of each CLO transaction including documentation, cash-flow modeling, rating agency analytics </li><li>Continuously maintain a pipeline and roadmap of existing/new deals for refis/resets. Overall marketing of the CLO platform, working closely with business development and distribution </li></ul>Educational Requirements <ul><li>University (Degree) Preferred </li></ul>Work Experience <ul><li>5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work </li></ul>Career Level 9IC <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in CLO structuring and transactions</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels</li><li>Ability to think critically and find creative, practical solutions to achieve objectives</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills including presentations and public speaking</li><li>Ability to adapt to and initiate change</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional groups and support senior management</li><li>A highly collaborative business partner who can effectively manage and influence relationships that are widely dispersed both functionally and geographically </li></ul>Anticipated Posting End Date 2024-04-28 Base Pay Range: $253,800/yr. - $300,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
