Responsibilities
Provides direct clinical treatment to adults 18 and over including
Diagnostic evaluations, urgent care assessment and intervention, treatment planning, individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.
Participates as a member of the Open Access team.
Maintains clients EMR following the standards of the clinic.
Maintains productivity standard.
Attends staff meetings as required including integrated care meeting.
Attends administrative meetings and in-service trainings.
Performs other related job duties as assigned.
May provide clinical supervision to staff or interns.

2 years' experience providing behavioral health therapeutic services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring, or primary substance use conditions preferred.
